Description
The Cisco SG550X-24-K9-EU Cisco 550X Series Stackable Managed Switch is a high-performance Layer 3 switch built for small and medium-sized businesses, enterprise branch offices, and campus networks. It offers 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports together with four dedicated 10 Gigabit uplink interfaces (2× 10GBase-T/SFP+ combo and 2× SFP+) to provide fast backbone connectivity and seamless network expansion.
With a 128 Gbps switching capacity and 95.23 Mpps forwarding rate, the SG550X delivers wire-speed performance for bandwidth-intensive applications. Advanced Layer 3 capabilities include static IPv4/IPv6 routing, RIP, Policy-Based Routing (PBR), VRRP, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, and comprehensive multicast support, making it suitable for complex enterprise environments.
The switch supports physical stacking of up to eight units, allowing multiple switches to operate as a single logical device for simplified management, increased scalability, and redundancy. Integrated security features such as IEEE 802.1X authentication, DHCP Snooping, Dynamic ARP Inspection, and IP Source Guard help protect the network from unauthorized access and attacks. Management is available through an intuitive web interface, CLI, SNMP, SSH, and HTTPS, providing flexible administration for IT professionals.
