Founded in 2007, Egytech was the first investment under Al Abdullah Digital Group, established by Eng. Ayman Abdullah. The Foundation & First Spark
Founded as a sole proprietorship by Eng. Ayman Abdullah under challenging conditions. Our first major breakthrough was designing and implementing the low-current systems and network infrastructure for the Egyptian Sales Tax Authority, establishing our technical reputation in the market.
Expanding Our Footprint
We expanded our operations into the electronics and computer sectors. To bring our services closer to our clients, we successfully launched retail branches in key areas, including Hadayek El-Kobba, El-Ameriyah, and El-Wayli
Surviving the 2011 Revolution
Despite financial losses, branch closures, and accumulated debts following the 2011 events, our founder worked abroad for 8 months to clear all outstanding liabilities. He returned in 2014 to rebuild the company from the ground up with integrity.
Navigating Currency Devaluation
The 2016 EGP devaluation drastically altered the market. Instead of giving up, we relocated our headquarters in 2017 and resumed operations with limited borrowed capital, proving our adaptability in tough economic climates.
Fulfilling Promises During COVID-19
During the global pandemic, we chose transparency over bankruptcy. We successfully rescheduled our debts and honored all financial commitments, deeply strengthening our bonds of trust and credibility with our partners.

Our Beginning (2007)
Our journey started in 2007 when Engineer Ayman Abdullah established Egytech as a sole proprietorship during one of the most challenging periods of his professional life. Every project became an opportunity to understand real business needs and develop practical technology solutions.
Our first major milestone came when a leading construction company entrusted us with designing and implementing low-current systems and network infrastructure for the Egyptian Government Sales Tax Authority buildings. This project marked the beginning of our technical reputation in the Egyptian market.
Expansion into the Hardware Market
Following our early success, we expanded into the computer hardware and electronics sector.
Egytech opened several successful retail branches across Hadayek El Kobba, El Amiria, and El Waili, serving thousands of customers with high-quality products and reliable technical support. Our commitment to exceptional customer service quickly earned us a strong reputation in the local market.

The 2011 Revolution
The political and economic instability following the January Revolution caused significant financial losses, leading to branch closures and accumulated debts. Determined to honor every commitment, our founder worked abroad for eight months to repay all outstanding obligations before returning to Egypt in 2014 to rebuild the company from the ground up.
The Currency Float (2016)
Just as the company began recovering, the Egyptian pound flotation dramatically changed market conditions. Rather than giving up, we relocated our headquarters in late 2017 and restarted operations with limited borrowed capital and external financing, demonstrating our determination to move forward despite difficult circumstances.
The COVID-19 Pandemic (2020)
The global pandemic presented another major challenge, placing significant financial pressure on the company.
Instead of declaring bankruptcy or abandoning our responsibilities, we chose transparency and accountability. Through careful debt restructuring, continuous hard work, and perseverance, we fulfilled every financial commitment to our partners and customers. This period reinforced our reputation as a company built on trust, integrity, and reliability.
