EgyTech Solutions — Official Sales & Service Policy

1. Commercial Terms & Pricing

  • Tax Status: All listed prices exclude 14% Sales Tax (VAT).
  • Payment Terms:
    • 50% Down payment upon order placement.
    • 25% Upon delivery.
    • 25% Final payment post-project delivery.
  • Delivery Schedule: Within 5 business days from the Purchase Order (PO) date.
  • Offer Validity: This quotation is valid for 2 days from the issuance date.
  • Price & Term Adjustments: Prices and terms are subject to immediate change based on updates in import regulations, customs duties, exchange rate fluctuations, banking conditions, sales operations, or manufacturer policy adjustments.
  • Project Accessories: Additional supply of installation accessories or cables will be fulfilled upon project request and billed accordingly.

2. Warranty Policy (EgyTech)

Note: Warranty and down payment terms form the legal and financial foundation of our business relations. Acceptance of these terms is required prior to any transaction.
  • General Coverage: EgyTech guarantees all sold items (both New and Used) against technical defects.
  • Exceptions & Exclusions:
    • Warranty and returns do NOT cover burnt equipment, power supplies, installation accessories, or general fitting materials.
    • Clients are required to review the technical specifications detailed in our quotation.
  • Maintenance Warranty: Maintenance services include a 1-month warranty starting from the delivery date. Extended warranty plans are available at an additional cost based on the item type.
  • Warranty Certificate: Clients are eligible to receive an official Warranty Certificate only upon the issuance of a Tax Invoice.

3. Down Payment, Cancellations & Returns

  • Order Cancellation: In the event of order cancellation, the down payment will be refunded within 1 month from the cancellation date, subject to a 1% administrative fee deduction.
  • General Returns: Return policies apply to standard items, excluding project-specific goods.
  • Enterprise / Project Goods Return: Refunds for returned project-specific goods are subject to the resale of the enterprise inventory.
  • Price Authorization: Prices are only official when provided via a formal quotation from EgyTech, attached with our Terms of Sale and Payment Methods.

These Warranty and Down Payment Terms are binding and officially communicated to all suppliers, vendors, and concerned partners via our official website, email correspondence, and internal vendor communications.
