2. Services Description
EgyTech provides IT infrastructure services including but not limited to:
- Network design, implementation, and maintenance
- Server setup and virtualization
- CCTV and surveillance system installation
- IT infrastructure cabling and setup
- Hardware sales (Cisco, Aruba, Wisenet products)
- Maintenance and support contracts
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Prices quoted are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated
- VAT and other applicable taxes will be added as per Egyptian law
- Custom solutions require a site survey before final pricing
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms vary based on project scope and will be specified in the quotation
- For hardware purchases: 50% advance, 50% on delivery
- For service contracts: As specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We accept bank transfers, company checks, and cash payments
5. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability
- Installation scheduling is subject to site readiness
- The client is responsible for providing necessary access and power requirements
- Any delays caused by client unreadiness may result in additional charges
6. Warranty and Support
Hardware Warranty
- All hardware comes with manufacturer's warranty
- Warranty periods vary by product (typically 1-5 years)
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications
Service Warranty
- Installation services include a 90-day workmanship warranty
- Maintenance contracts provide ongoing support as per agreement terms
- Support response times depend on the service level agreement
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EgyTech or its content suppliers and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
- EgyTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased
- We are not responsible for data loss; clients should maintain their own backups
- Force majeure events exempt us from liability for delays or non-performance
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information for project requirements
- Ensuring site readiness for installations
- Maintaining appropriate backup of their data
- Timely payment as per agreed terms
- Compliance with software licensing requirements
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of business. This includes network configurations, security details, and business information.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed with suppliers
- Standard products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging
- Service cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
13. Modifications to Terms
EgyTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
